Hell no. He fought a better opponent as proven despite all the hate about it. DLH fought Hopkins at middleweight, why the hell would he be scared of a tomato can like Margarito?

Besides that, let's look at it this way. DLH wouldn't be a successful boxer and business man if he was dumb. If he fought a cheating scrub like Concreto, the future would be as dim as can be. Concheato loads up, gets knocked out and that's the end of it.

And was calling Oscar out saying he would even move to 154 and the public was demanding a fight between them.

Oscar's response was "I dont want to fight any more mexicans".

Instead he cherrypicked a fighter that was fighting three divisions bellow(Pac)

Got shitted on by the media and by the fans for what was considered a coward move(I remember how it was like here when he chose Pac instead of Margo everybody calling Oscar a coward and Chicken De La Hoya etc).

Even though he fought better fighters than Margo in his career at that point in time he wanted none to do with him.

Just ask yourself this, why did Oscar postpone the Vargas match? why was his cup that high? its because Margarito beat him down in the gym and broke a couple of them ribs.... since then the Oscar has gone out of his way to stay clear of Margarito...
