    He wasn't under any obligation to fight him. He proposed fighting the winner of Cotto/Margarito-had zero obligation to face the winner-because Cotto was the favourite and was a significantly bigger attraction to make money off of. That fight hurt Cotto's marketability for an ODLH fight, but didn't make Margarito a big enough star to make it worth being one of Oscar's last paydays. The bottom line is he had no obligation to face either, so there's no ducking. To accuse ODLH of ducking is like accusing rain of being dry. It makes no sense.
