In your view, was George Foreman largely right in this interview about Wlad?

George would never get inside on Wlad, he would walk into Klitschko's 1-2 all night. Foreman's footwork was nonexistent, he had no guile, he didn't work angles, he walked straight forward and threw haymakers, Klitschko would bust him up boy.

I even purposely said K2 as well, not just Wlad.

**** man, if you're going to have a go at me get your **** straight.

(see, my simple baiting did work after all.....)

I think most genuine boxing fans know that head to head Vlad beats a lot if not most HOF heavyweights. The problem is that many fight fans don't want to hold Vlad up as an ATG top ten heavyweight because he's so dreadful to watch and is scared to get hit. I know that the point of boxing is to hit and not be hit but as a for 'entertainment' he just doesn't cut it. I have absolutely no idea how he fills stadiums in Germany, but then again the German fight fans were happy to fill arenas to cheer on Sven Ottke too time after time so perhaps they just like to back a 'winner'. How many seats do you think Vlad would have sold in the MGM grand fighting Mormek?

    OK.

    Wlad:

Mormeck. Was good in the mid 2000's. Lost his cruiser belts to Haye in 2007 aged 35. Fought Wlad at heavy in 2012 at almost 40.

Sam Peter. Good showing against Wlad in 2005. Was pretty much done in 2008. Fought for the titles against Wlad in 2010 off the back of 4 wins against very average fighters.

Chagaev? Good win but hadn't done anything since about 2007 (2 years prior to Wlad). Mainly due to health.

    Rahman. Nuff said.

Prior to that was 2008, so not far from 2004 anyway.

    Vitali:
Adamek. Bad fight. Carried a guy who is a tough *******. LHW champ in 2005, cruiser in 09.

    Shannon Briggs. Exactly.

Chisora and Sosnowski are young but had done nothing. Chisira on a 2 fight losing streak including Tyson Fury.

The others are ok. Johnson was garbage and Arreola was fat as a pig, but Vitaly can't help that.

Good enough? Now the next fights apparently lined up are an older Thomson again, (now he will be nearly 41 at the time of the fight) and who? Arreola?

There are clearly questionmarks considering Wlads abillity to deal wiht high quality pressure, but is this the most intelligent post you can write? These threads would make a better reading without these pointless rants.

Foreman has a point. But he himself would have eaten a lot of heavy shots while trying to pressure Wlad. I doubt he would have been able to endure it.

Yes, Mormeck was dreadful, but still not a "2004" fighter

Sam Peter won a HW belt in 2008 but according to you he's a 2004 fighter, ok :rofl

Chagaev won the title in 2007, undefeated and had never been down as a pro or amateur until he fought Wlad. Ranked #3 by the RING when Wlad beat him. Nice try downplaying the win, but it's not going to work, why you don't admit you're a Klitschko hater instead of trying to appear impartial? Seriously exposing you guys is too easy.

Rahman only fought Wlad because Povetkin failed to show up. Try again.

Right, 4 years are nothing in professional sports huh? :nut

Adamek is no 2004 fighter and was in his prime when Vitali beat him (and still is), no 2004 fighter, try again.

The first and only one you got right so far.

Chisora whooped Helenius who was ranked by the RING. Still neither of them are 2004 fighters.

    Neither are 2004 fighters.

No, not good enough. Thompson is a mandatory, do you know what that is? Wlad has cleaned the division so he's entitled to fight whoever he wants, if that's Arreola then that's who he'll fight. It's been fun exposing you though :hi:

:patsch So you can"t see the differance in gassing while being an over trained novice verses being an experienced champ ? Oh my :yep And for the record ALI wasn't much of a killerin 74 . In fact he struggled badly with anyone with a pulse .:deal

At this rate, I think so. Wlad already has 13 consecutive defenses.

If he drops his level of competition to the cans Joe was fighting in the Bum of the Month Club, then he could absolutely do it.

If you include the wins prior to Sanders he's at 19 defenses.

I dont care why he fought Jim. He still did.

Whooped him to a loss you mean. I may exaggerate to make a point, but you're now changing official results.

 what have you exposed? That I made a flippant, wind up comment that exaggerated to make a point?

Or that I think Wlad is a very good fighter who looks very vulnerable under pressure?

Or that I think the Klitschkos have some rabid illogical fans?

I don't think I'm alone in having most of those opinions.
