hit the bag, shadow box, shadow box with 2lb dumbbells or resistance bands, tabata punch outs on the heavy bag.
Hit as fast as u can on the heavy bag 30 times with ur left light and fast then change to your right then both then bak to left about 30 seconds on each arm.
Basically, it's a coordinative issue. Get better at punching (from punching heavy bags, mitts, sparring) and you will get better at utilizing the speed of your muscle contractions, however fast that may be. This is why generally fast guys can feel sluggish and slow when they first start boxing. You improve your speed from then on by doing speed-strength training. Such as plyometrics, certain weightlifting movements, etc. Short, all-out intervals on the heavy bag (type sprints) works well.
Blah, blah, blah... Did you copy and paste that from another Yugo study.? So by sparring, bags, and all the other things every boxer does you will work speed? Thats true to a degree.. But to really target improving speed you have to do specific work.. Not sparring, bags, etc. Where do you box Ingar?
Did you read my entire post? You're really making an ass out of yourself trying to "bust my balls". Needless to say, you suck at it.
I read your entire post bro. I was pissed last night and since you were not standing in front of me all I could do was try to break balls on here.. Its all good though. Im done trippin on ya.
