i believe handspeed is natural and you just need to relax when punching and dont build 2 much muscle mass

first and foremost...ur form and technique is more important than speed so ensure that u are doing things properly before u start trying to improve your speed. i recommend shadow boxing with light hand weights. again....focus on ur form...but use them for a few rounds before putting on ur gloves. once u put the gloves on....focus on ur speed...staying as loose and relaxed as possible and throw ur combinations with speed. the punches should come back just as fast as they go out. if u don't have hand weights....try a heavier set of gloves. do a few rounds with lets say...16oz gloves...and then switch to some smaller ones like 12oz gloves. also...try mixing up ur bag work....do 30 second bursts....at least 2 to 3 times a round.

Useing wheights while shadow boxing might help. I use wrist weights when i jump rope, i am pretty sure it has helped me improve my hand speed.

Maybe... Would love to see one. There are special handles that are weighted or the actual rope is weighted? Sorry i have never seen one.
