If someone wanted to increase the way they win from decisions to knockouts, how would you adjust your training?

Probably by becoming a better boxer and a stronger person. It's a bit out there I know but sometimes you have to think outside the box.

It's usually not how hard you hit, but where. Power helps too though obviously

Talking Consciousness, its something Ive noticed in Martial Arts when Teaching. Something I would like to see in all Sports. When they enter the Gym, get on there Knees and Bow. In a way they are entering, The Church Of Reason, the centre of Tutorial knowledge. There centre of Excellence, just a Thought :D being Christmas :good

Scrap, yes good thought. However, I have seen people enter in this manner but only to see the real reason is for egocentric ideas. The knees and bow does not make someone improve in the sport or mentally make them more willing to learn. Possibly only good for someone who appreciates entering in traditional way.

Train better with focus on power shots and timing. Practice better boxing with speed and accuracy. Better technique on transferring weight into a target with sharp straight punches and combos. Prepare for KOs mentally imagery.

Study what makes people blackout and apply knowledhe in a bout. You hit certain parts of their head to rock their equilibrium and they see stars. Stay in good stance and balance always to seize opportunity to stunt them futher, usually only a small window of opportunity before they start to increase defense

Cheech, I understand. But if they Meditated for 5 mins, on why they are there, and what for. Perhaps over Time it would be a good Habit :D. They do it before a Fight, as a rule. A lot of Fighters suddenly become Religious Ive noticed :D.

Ha ha i fixed that last fight- if I'm going to win God isn't going to help me over some other guy. I didn't do any of my pre fight superstitions this time and dominated !

It would be nice if people did that everyday regardless of their profession, we'd have a lot more focused and happy people around the place.
