This impact problem with the top vertebrae, where are you getting this from, what's the physiological reaction there and the injury/mechanism that you're concerned about? Show me any evidence that the CNS works more efficiently, and I'd be absolutely fascinated to know what you're measuring to be able to determine that. The same with the endocrine system. You sound like an alternative medicine quack, I'd really like to see any sort of evidence at all for your ludicrous claims about a vertical treadmill
Im not claiming, just repeating what the sports scientist tell me. I would think its pretty simple to evaluate whats happening, just by watching someone on it to see whats going on, better still get on it. Love it when doubters get on it, and the look on there faces after 30 secs. Look at the endorsements on it. think that lot know a thing or too. Never mentioned in tests it produced 30% more Lactic than overground running asses that in the equation.
To add where do most neurological problems start like M/S, the clues are there. Why do we go to Bed, who lives in a House like this.
The human body is a complex thing man. Nobody should act like they know everything about it or sports training and act all elitist. The science for this stuff is changing and improving all the time. If you got a guy with a PHD in this stuff 50 years ago who thinks he knows it all, he'd tell you that running long distances is the way to go. Now interval training is the new thing and we're constantly learning new things.
What endorsements? All I saw was 'could potentially be used as a rehab tool to supplement training'. Which says it all really. What you say doesn't make any sense, watching or doing something isn't going to prove anything either. There's this thing called science.
Interval training is hardly a new thing. The science doesn't change, it just gets expanded on. And what we do know at this point is that a vertical treadmill is going to do precisely **** all for an athletes performance :yep The SAID principle ensures that it's useless.
:rofl "Woah man, only 30 seconds on here and my fitness has improved out of sight!" You're making claims on here and you have absolutely nothing to back them up. Your claims don't make any sense so instead of repeating what someone is telling you then why don't you do what you say you do and learn a little something? Understand it so you can explain it, and then link us to some actual evidence for the claims you're making. I really hope that nobody is stupid enough to buy into your nonsense.
Let's stop all this arguing and agree that the answer is a 10:90 mix of cocaine:geranium extract taken 15 minutes before exercise.
There's no argument because it's not a little thing and what he's claiming isn't anywhere close to possibly being true, it's sad that I'm the only one calling him out on his complete nonsense.
I don't see anybody defending it either...so chill , I don't think anyone is gonna buy it as a result of this thread
Sad thing it is true, Seeing it was the 1st vertical Treadmill Fact, you cant get your head round it. Why should I come on here trying to make myself look stupid, makes no sense. End of the day I will still be smiling, Im loving it. :good
Not trying to sell it at the moment, still testing, the concept sounds stupid doesn't it to be truthfull. But over a period of time using it, had lots of evidence to suggest it was doing some remarkable things. So we had it tested, thats when everyone got a shock.
