5 years from now, dealt with will be back on this site talking about how we should be careful with weights because he suffered a traumatic injury or has severe arthritis...

Unless he learns he's not always right.

I want to keep it as cheap as possible, suppose there will be 3 models. Trouble is it has to be solid, strong, because it takes some stress, instead of the body. Plus the springs designed are not cheap.

That's all I'm asking for, where are these tests, what journal can I read them in? You're talking nonsense and we both know it.

And who are you? I'm not the one with the personal anecdotes here dumbass, I'm asking for any sort of evidence for these nonsense claims the guy is making.

And you sound like an aspiring chiropractor/quack trying to sell a product to some gullible fools. The fact that I'm the only one who can seemingly see how laughably uncredible you and your claims are suggests you're doing well, I should try the 'vague-talking like yoda-misspelling basic words' tactic of sales. It makes you sound wise to ****ing ******s, and that's undoubtedly your market for your vertical treadmill
    Post these test results :hey

Where did you get this ridiculous idea that your body should avoid stress? Getting fitter/stronger is the process of adapting to increasingly higher levels of stress.

Suppose thats why 35% of pro Footballers pre season get injured. Its whats getting stressed and why, is of more concern, understanding structure, and its movement.

    Who are you?

Scrap is an inventor. He's an innovator. He's doing things to progress humanity by giving people a device that can help rehabiliate.

    What do you do?

You're just a guy who has a job rubbing lotion on some male athlete's inner thighs.

That's what you do. Who would you rather be?

Scrap an inventor or you, a dude that rubs a man's legs?

Wow. Look what this thread has become. I was kinda happy when I saw 4 pages of 'information' for me to read. Not so happy when I read through the 4 pages... In dealt_with's defence I really think the verti-run looks kinda stupid. Its probably gonna cost a bomb even if its effective, and I dont see how that can make you stronger.
    Just my thoughts.

Probably because you dont realise, that with everything on you have about 50 kilo of resistance on you, more if you need it.

With the low impact, it might have enormous potential for rehabilitation.
