C'mon son, let's get you off to the general forum. You'll like it there. Second link on the left at the top. Happy trails. :hi:

This message is hidden because Tim Tam is yet another idiot on your ignore list.

Seeing as you asked me a question yes I will.

I really do hope you're trolling, but here is a list of just a few factors that could affect performance -

    Time of day he trains
    Nutrition
    Rest time
How many times a week he trains
    Exercises
    Cardio

I couldn't be arsed to go on. Most likely he started training a different more effective/efficient way. It's pretty simple really.

    you are trolling .

have you seen the way jmm looks ? when you get older you need to train longer with more recovery to maintain a peak level . he is doing the opposite .

instead of being rude to me you should spend your time doing research or going to the gym. you are completely ignorant .

i will report you to the moderator if you continue to harass me . just leave me alone , ok ?

    Go ahead.

You do realize this is an open forum and I'm allowed to give my opinion on how ******ed and ignorant you are?

Read some books and stop being a whiny *****.

virus, until you become a 40 year old man, you honestly have no idea though.

You might change your perception when you reach that age.

    How old are you?
