He discredit Lance Armstrong for taking drugs, but Cycling is probably the most drug invested sport there is. I guarantee all those guys Lance beat at the top, were on drugs too so IMO he didn't cheat anyone, even playing field.

I agree with Hopkins though, he doesn't win his fights via physicality which PEDs will help with, he wins with skill.

Hopkins is boring as hell. I was so sleepy everytime I watched him except his fights against Trinidad and Pavlik.

Let me put this clown straight.........

Hopkins NEVER lost to Calzaghe or Taylor.. All 3 fights were blatant judging bias or corruption , you choose which. Nard levelled the score with Jonesjr when he finally got him in the ring
You claim Nard has the DC commission in his pocket huh ROFL Nard has ALWAYS had an uphill battle getting a fair deal anywhere. Purely because he's always marched to his own drummer & is no bodies yes-man
If you want a biased commission & officials try Vegas Thats why Floyd wont fight anywhere else:patsch

Never liked Bhop but got mad respect for him. I agree that Toney would have whipped him because he would never fall into his traps (Old school tricks dont work on old school). I thought he beat Joe but lost it with his racist comments before he even got in the ring. He also ducked RJJ for years in a rematch until it meant ****. However, to say he is nothing but a phenom would be an understatement. He is a top 5 MW ATG, makes the old Mongoose seem like a spring chicken, and still looks like a 30 year old because he lives clean.

I certainly know algebra but I still find it boring as phuck.

Why can't people separate excitement from appreciation of skill? This is no different to watching football/soccer, there could be 2 equally great team, one has an exciting attacking/passing style and another a defensive/counter style. A fan can recognise they are both great at what they do but the former is a lot more exciting to watch as they make plays.

He is a vile cancer on the sport. A raceist, PED using conman who does his best fighting in courtrooms after filing nuisance lawsuits.

Oh but he's Black so he gets a free pass on every rotten thing he has ever done, is doing or ever will do in his life.

damn good interview plus i never seen it makes it a plus. that being said hopkins is right and he should be fighting ggg, chavez jr, froch, kessler. shumenov fight is winnable then hopkins should fight the winner of adonis and kovalev. in between time if needed a froch or chavez jr fight would be good for him. hopkins vs chavez jr on cinco de mayo weekend possibly on the undercard of mayweather vs pacquiao in 2015 :happy i have dreams to you know, the point is id like to see hopkins retire at 50 undisputed light heavy weight with a super fight or 2 in that time frame. that would be gangsta for hopkins to end it like that.

Judging bias against a man in his own home country? You sir diminished your own credibility. :hi:

Judges acting flagrantly against a black man in his home country in favor of white outsider who happens to be from the U.K. of all places, IN THIS DAY AND AGE OF POLITICAL CORRECTNESS? I'm sorry friend but I think you have things twisted around here. If the judges were to have any unscrupulously favor in their judging modus operandi, it would be veered towards favoring Hopkins instead of the Italian Dragon Joe Calslappy. :fight

Pity Hopkins fights aren't half as interesting as his speeches.
Like the above comments he gets away with comments that a white man couldn't make.
Hopkins is forever winging about people respecting him. He forgets that boxing is entertainment as much as sport. For my mind he doesn't get paid as much as guys like Manny and Floyd because he is boring.

If some spin-doctors for the political parties see Hopkins I bet they're salivating. I could see Hopkins run for congress in 10 years.
