Yeah, he didn't look as bad against Burns, and Troyanovsky, because neither of them have Crawford's footwork, counter punching, or boxing ability. He was really awful. The first knockdown was due to his own flukyness. Geez, I mean props to him for going to Russia and starching Troyanovsky, but get some better trainers or something. That was horrible to see.

Broner fought scared against Mikey. He was hiding behind a tight guard and he didn't lunge in with mile wide shots and leave himself WIDE open to get caught with counters like Jindongo does. Quite a lot of Mikey's shots were hitting arms and gloves because of Broner's tight guard. Broner fought scared for a reason. lol this is an easy one to pick.

Realy? You going to bring up resume? Fighting crap guys to an undefeated record is now how we measure how good a guy is?

I just asked for someone who has a better resume than Indongo at 140.. It shouldn't be hard since he's fought nothing but crap

haha my indongo upset pick was way off. he may pick up a belt again if Crawford moves up. but theres not many who can compete with Crawford at 140. mikey Garcia or rances barth would be interesting . josh taylor in 3 years ish maybe.

It might be the poor level of training maybe In his home country.

He has not been taught to move once you punch or to tighten up his punches. He should look to get a new trainer he won't.

But I do think he will hold a belt again

Ricky burns commented on that. He said he could never really get a gage of the distance vs indongo.

Crawford is just a problem dude is a goon.

Indongo was lunging in tonight because he had no choice. Garcia dosen't have Bud's head movement, lateral movement nor speed. I think its easy work for Indongo personally. Hopefully we'll find out who wins one day. Indongo beats Broner worse than Garcia did as well.

Dude we are discussing your claim that Indongo is a good fighter. Instead of backing that up you are now asking who has a better resume than him. His best win is Troyanovsky and Burns. You know how many people have beaten Burns before Indongo. As for Troyanovsky, he is back to fighting part time boxers in Russia. But but but...Indongo is 20 - 0 so he has to be good.

Trainers that can't spot basic flaws like that should not be training anyone. The flaw should have been spotted in sparring sessions and he should have been made to pay the price in those sparring sessions in order to correct the problem. There is nothing that teaches faster than the infliction of pain.

    BTW
If he does hold a belt again it won't be by beating anyone who can spot those flaws and has the agility to capitalize.
As you say-he needs a new trainer. Maybe Teddy Atlas will take him on if he Indongo moves to the USA?

lol ''easy work for Jindongo''. Garcia is all wrong for him. Totally wrong. He'd catch him with a big counter as he's coming in and sleep him. Spreadeagled on his back out cold on the canvas.

That is the best move for him. He should move to the USA he should have enough money to do it.

Don't know if this will do any good. The guy is 34 years old. He turned pro very late and old boxers are very hard to change in their style.

It's simple things a new trainer could help him tighten up his punches. He is what he is but still can be tuned just a bit.
