ingo johannson vs ron lyle......

ingo didnt trade by choice but inside his short right hook in the clinch was also a danger. ingo pole axed 6'4''dick richardson with a short right inside. mostly ingo was a jab and grab, moover type guy until he found room for that right hand. prime ingo is all wrong for game lyle because ingo moves, sets traps and was sharp with lead rights.

Ingo was a genuine 200lb heavyweight. lyle was about 11lb more against cooney. Its not like lyle v ingo would be cruiser v superheavy.

 

of course! and he's the clear leader. i mean, the other guys had some good wins between them at least.

Andrew Golota is the single greatest heavy in history...never to beat a top heavyweight. Or a great heavyweight. Or a good heavyweight...He beat no one of note which clearly puts him ahead of these other suckers who were more concerned with occasionally winning than dick punching

 

Golota was so undoubtedly great that he did not even need to win fights to prove it.

 

except for the two bowe fights! never before has a fighter so dedicated to dick punching that he unleashed COMBINATIONS to the balls.

Was too damn old, shot and overweight against Adamek.

There we have it, Golota's boxing career vindicated.

If a boxer with fast hands and feet was having problems getting to him, you can be assured that Ron Lyle wouldn't find it easy either. Young by the way wasn't very "fleet-footed" in most of his fights.

 

Agree. Ingo could punch, and came to fight when he was given a shot at the championship.
