Ibragimov has much better speed and mobility. I think he's under rated, and retired too early.

How many does Ingo win or lose vs. Wlad's best. 3-4 times I think.

Corrie Sanders is so overrated H2H. Sanders would get lambasted by Ingemar Johansson. We are talking about a fighter who couldn't get past the likes of Nate Tubbs. Once Johansson lands, the fight will be over.

Chambers over Johansson? I think Chambers is made for Johansson. That right hand is coming.

Ibragimov and Chagaev are nice fighters, but I don't know if they would beat Johansson. They do have the skills and defense to avoid the hammor of thor, but do they have enough offense to outpoint Johansson?

Sam Peter would not beat any hall of fame heavyweights. Period.

Lamon Brewster over Johansson? Why? Brewster was shutout by Clifford Ettiene and Charles Shutford on the cards, and was outfought by a 37 year old B level Keli Meehan. Liakhovic also gave him a boxing lesson and made Brewster look very crude in that fight. Sure, Brewster might present an interesting styles matchup with his chin, power, and size..but Brewster was simply not that good. Ingo was. Ingo can work his way around the difficult style matchup, and outpoint brewster for a points win.

Brewster-Ingo could be interesting. Ingo was far from durable and if Brewster could do anything, it was punch and soak up massive punishment.

Clifford Ettiene sure wasn't durable. that didn't stop him from shutting out Brewster.

    What about Byrd?

Fair enough Brewster could always be outboxed, but Brewster definitely improved between then and the Wlad/Golota fights.

He would do verry well untill people worked out his gameplan whereupon he would run into trouble.

Does anyone see Chambers vs Johansson turning out like Machen-Johansson? I see a lot of similiarities between chambers and machen.

No, for the same reasons that I would not expect Johansen Machen II to turn out like Johansen Machen I.

There are a few variables in this fight.

I think both Chageav and Ibragimov are cagey and wiley enough to perhaps sneak points victory. The likes of Sanders and Peter get blasted away in shoot-outs.

Not nearly as many as Chambers landed on him.

Next to Wlad, probably the best right lead in the division. I like Chambers, hope he can put the Wlad beating behind him and keep up the good work.
