broke my nose yesterday and fight in less than 2 weeks

any tips? avoid sparring alltogether? use a facebar headguard?

obviously i will not be pulling out of the fight unless my nose falls off

I don't box yet, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I can't see a problem with body shots only sparring...

I boxed on sat, won my bout. It was messy, i'm a boxer but the guy drew me into a fight and put constant pressure on me. By the 3rd, he'd gassed and I was still strong so I put in work.

Regarding nose, it bled from the first jab 'til the bell rang at the end of the 3rd. Adrenaline kicked in so there was no pain, but after the fight and now its swollen and completely blocked.

i stopped sparring 2 weeks before and it made a big difference in terms of breathing during the bout.
