Sammy SOLIMAN, after missing a bout scheduled for a few weeks back, is apparently on the mend after surgery to his right shoulder. The story goes that he did the shoulder injury playing cricket. Sam is expected to be back in training in a few weeks time but haven't seen anything regarding a likely next opponent. 'Porky' LOVETT has had operations to correct both hand & shoulder injuries but is apparently still doing it hard. Hope things go well Porky, you've given us plently to cheer about.
Good to see Sammy Soliman listed on the Docklands card for Aug 16th against Thai Sintung Kietbusaba. Equally good to see Porky Lovett listed for a bout for Oct 4th at the same venue.
