Been training for a few weeks now to try and loose weight. As part of my routine i regularly use weights. nothing too heavy just trying to tone up a bit. Anyway i was helping a friend move furniture into his new house today and now i cant tense my right bicep up. Anyone experienced such a thing before, dont think its serious enough to go to hospital but i would need to wait till monday to see a local doctor.
I'd personally wait a few days because I hate the doctor but that's sound advice, and basically the only possible advice because it's a question he can only answer himself. Does it hurt? Sleep, eat, take a ****. Does it still hurt just as much? Repeat until you are sure it's healing? If it is, good. If it's not go see a doctor, pray, or whatever your local tribe does? :!:
