no we will not have to see. you will have to see. i didnt have to see to find out if he would beat cuadras. i didnt have to see if he would beat rung. i told you guys pre fight. i told you that a kid who was moving up 2 divisions, just to fight one of the 4 kings, would do it. and do it again.
Bam is the most skilled fighter ever below 25 imo. He was already among the best and the Wangek fight really showed evolution. Most of the people commenting in this thread did not see that fight.
Donaire was rejuvenated and had blistering highlight KOs leading up to the first Inoue fight and then after. Donaire was FAR FRESHER than Cuadras and Rungvisai COMBINED. It's a little early to be sauced out... In the day and the week!
If Bam can take a punch and hit as hard as he does at 115 at 118 he’s scary for anyone. I’d like to see him go to 118 or 122 to fight these young prime fighters tho. Bam fighting Chocolatito or Estrada is whatever to me at this point. Thing is he’s super young so no one could fault him for taking his time and building his career up, but he’s good enough to be in the mix with the young elites now.
The problem is there are no young elites around his weight class. Cuadras and Rungvisai were shells. Roman and Estrada are both war torn and close to being shot and there will probably be a fourth fight. Bam should go for Junto Nakatani and if he values his career, stay far away from Inoue.
thing is, before the 4 kings became, meh, this kid was fighting 2 divisions below. 2 fights later, he aint **** less hes beating the best 2 divisions above. think about that. what else do i need to say?
When did I say he’s not ****? I’ve always backed Bam and said he’s an impressive fighter one of my favorite. The 4 kings are not the even close to the same they were 5-7 years ago. Bam can take his time and build his career up, but as a boxing fan we want to see great fights and not let **** marinate. That’s why most of us want to see Ennis vs Ortiz now or Haney vs Garcia now even tho they would be way bigger fights down the line.
They actually did, and were rightly impressed but we also know the limits of his capabilities against the likes of Inoue.
