According to Hideyuki Ohashi (Inoue’s gym owner) the fight between Inoue and Junto might be off, with the plan being to move to 126 if that is indeed the case. Japanese boxing fans are blaming the Turk for his role in the affair, speculating that he’s trying to build both fighters up before one takes a los.

That would be a disgrace. Unless one or both lose their next fight there's absolutely no reason for them not to fight each other next. None.

Idgaf about what anyone says. Inoue is in a different stratosphere than Junto, who has a ton to prove.

Let's get as many of these fights for Inoue at 126 before he hangs em up:
    Espinoza
    Vargas
    Ball
    Trinidad
    Leo
    Reynaldo
    Figueroa
    Nunez
    Aleem
    Collins
    Castro
    Carrington

If we're lucky we'll get five of those.

Most of those guys you mentioned have no business sharing the ring with Inoue.

IDK...Inoue on his 4th or 5th division, things are going to start getting hard. Think Loma @ 135...

Didn't Junto's team talk about wanting Inoue asap so there won't be any 'He wasn't the same' narrative if they win?

Nakatani should just stay where he is if Inoue is going up to 126 an wait for Rodriguez to come up 3 pounds. That would be a great fight too

Seems like the Saudis are trying to get Inoue on their side. Ohashi probably realized it and doesn't want his charge to leave.
