If you're going to be fair about it, Pacquiao ran right into that punch from Marquez, it was like Pac was trying to knock out Marquez's fist with his face.

As far as the sturdiness of Inoue's chin goes, I think getting knocked down once in your entire career is proof of a pretty damn good beard, what do you think?

He looked more stunned than hurt, to me. He reacted perfectly, wouldn't you say?

Yes he did, he was very intelligent because he knew he was hurt and didnt get up instantly. He does that , he falls down again ala Zab

He took the time he needed because his legs were jelly at that time. You could see it.

I am of the opinion that a weak chin is not about getting knocked down, it's about whether or not you get back up. Guys like Muhammad Ali and Tyson Fury took hellacious blows, punches which knocked out many others, but they were able to get back up and come back.

Inoue rarely gets knocked down and has always gotten up. There is absolutely no porcelain or glass in that man's bag of skills.

Chin is solid and legs weren’t shaky after knockdown. A minor mistake that Nery capitalized. Nery is also a big puncher as well. Unfortunately for Nery it takes more than a big punch to beat Inoue.

Marquez was featherfisted? That's news to me and just about anybody else who knows what the **** they're watching.

Come on man, of course he's feather fisted. Of his 56 wins only 40 were knockouts. :)

And neither of those things, even if they were true mean that Inoue has a weak chin.

You are as embarrassing as the other goose.

any fighter at any time can get caught with a good shot. it's part of the sport.
inoue got back up and ended up winning the match via knockout.
from what i saw of the fight, inoue does not have a glass jaw.

Congrats, Monster. That KD might very well be a blessing in disguise for him to be more patient and to not please the fans too much in the future. He's becoming Donaire/Pacquiao in his desire to please the watchers and relying on his power more. Become the sniper once again, with patience, timing, and accuracy.

When theres smoke, theres fire. Canelo, Mayweather and GGG never went down like that. Not even close. And they all have taken massive punches to the chin.

So any fighter who ever gets sat down has a suspect chin?

Do you think before posting or are you just a garden variety button masher?

Joe Frazier turned Muhammad Ali's legs to jelly, did Ali have a suspect chin?
