Now since Roga got his legal **** under the bridge, and Floyds soon to be water under the bridge, Manny sees the likelyness of having to face the heat in the near future, so what does Manny do now? Decides to step out of the kitchen thats what he did...

^^ before pac-margarito was signed and before floyd got into all this legal troubles, HBO sports head Ross Greenburg tried to bring Haymon and Arum into a deal. it came to a point where pac's camp was releasing statements like pac would agree to full blood testing or something like that and we all hoped the fight was gonna be made. that negotiation failed when Floyd came out saying he doesn't have the urge and he wanted a vacation.

Next Round of negotiation was supposed to happen after the pac-margo fight where Pac is actively looking for a next opponent. Unfortunately, Floyd is already facing criminal suits and Schaefer is saying the court would take it against Floyd if he decides to fight while in trial (although most people do not see the logic in that)
