well it's boxing politics so anything can happen. sauerland probably knows his man is on borrowed time so they are looking to cash out.

step aside fees have been done before so dont count out anything

But it will most likely be Wlad-Haye or Wlad-Valuev next :happy:happy:happy

It would be good for Wlad to add a second belt to his IBF crown......

Especially so given that Valuev will receive an ass-whipping.

    If you can't give a source...don't post a thread.

You are not the only one with access to rumors...have some respect.

Wlad vs Valuev makes almost too much sense. Both have titles, are fighting around the same dates, and would be a big sell in Germany. I think Wlad would beat Valuev silly, grab a third belt thus putting an end to any doubts that he is the heavyweight champion of the world. Valuev looks like he could get knocked off in one of his next fights and cashing in on a Wlad fight would make sense. But I still would be surprised if it happens.

Arreola has the style to give Wlad fits but he needs to beat a contender or two to give himself the best chance. He could benefit from the experience and the fight itself could benefit from the exposure Arreola would gain from beating a name opponent or two.

Right now Wlad beats Arreola, Haye, and Povetkin. But if all three can face a Makaev, Toney, Brewster, or Peter level fighter before Wlad than they would be that much better while Wlad would be getting that much older. The longer those three wait the better their chances and the bigger the fight and a fight with Valuev would be a very acceptable fight in the meantime for Wlad.

Wlad should fight Haye and stop looking like he's hiding beghind Vitali.....I mean come on i cant stand Haye but he called Wlad out 2 his face and even had magazine covers of him with his head in his hands,so to let his brother fight him is a bit of a puss move in my book

This does make sense. Valuev has had a few dodgy decisions and the recent Holyfield one really made his respect drop below sea level, especially given the fact that a Holyfield victory would've made a dramatic, against-the-odds story.
