He was never off his feet in a fight till Kermit put him down. He was absolutely weight drained at 140. ran out of gas.

You were right, However I recall him being down badly perhaps that was the Cintron fight...
Either way, when you say he was weight drained who are you talking about Reid?
cus if so then Kermit putting him on his ass shouldnt be anything special should it?

Another thing I don't get is why are you expressing disatisfaction on a boxing message board. By the looks of things I assume you can "handle" yourself and if Cintron stepped outside the contract and ripped you and Marshall off why Cintron wasn't "persuaded" as to why it was a bad idea? Personally people who have attempted to rip me off or besmeerch my name have taken to hiding under a rock or have crawled into a hole to get off my radar.

During the contract litigation Kermit addressed the fact that based on what he knows of me he felt I would come after him. He was prepared to get a restraining order, and made it clear if I hit him he would press charges. So, I listened to Marshall, and just let the lawyers handle it.

No disrespect to Puerco Ricans. But good puerco ricans are few and far between. Cintron is a good boxer during and after the time you trained him but he was never loyal, it comes with being from that putrid island. You must not know too many puerco ricans for this fact to have escaped you. Now you know for future reference. Also with respect to handling the situation without bloodsucking lawyers, some things are better off "outsourced".:-( Like through arbitration:yep

Conditioner101, this forum is filled with internett tough guys, its the just the way it goes. You seem to be legit, I've enjoyed reading thru this post. Good luck in the future with whatever you do and they fighters you have/get...

Back in the day Cintron was one of my favorite fighters, he had all the talent and ability, but just lacked the disapline and mental toughness. I've since long given up on him. Its a shame, the guy could've been something...

Oh well, like Lebron say, I gotta get back to my shitty pathetic life...Cintron gets to eat steak and do what he wants...

Fact, you constantly follow and hate on Kermit Citron.

Fact, a lot of what you say makes sense, but given the first fact it is taking on an obsessive tone.

Fact, pro fighting is damned tough and for a man who isn't a pro fighter to call a pro fighter mentally weak or lacking of spirit kind of ruins their credibility. Especially so when the same guy saying it fell out with the fighter.

Fact, people's lives, loves, and passions change over time and pro fighting is a damned hard way to earn a buck. There is not shame in a man not having the fire anymore. What should be there is CONCERN for a fellow human being that should not be in that ring if not 100% dedicated.

I have read many of your posts and you seem a solid guy. Honestly man you seem really knowledgeable and I respect the hell out of the things you say about conditioning. I just don't understand why you seem to obsess over and revel in Cintron's "low points". This seems a lot more personal than following a Boxer should be.

Just because this seems so personal for you, I would love to see your pro boxing career and if any of the same flaws don't manifest in your game after 30 or so pro fights.

So your argument to make Cintron look better is that Reid was drained.... May I ask how you know this?
And I do recall Cintron fighting him at 147 thats why I was asking you the question as to who was drained, becuase I dont recall Cintron being at 140 ever, and if you felt Reid was drained for his fight with Cintron....

However there is no proof to suggest that reid was drained for that fight... he just ended up fighting a younger version of Tackie who always came to fight... and who brought hunger with him

Excuse me but I read your words where you said that you invested 10's of thousands of dollars in Kermit and that you got back like 1600. So you did mention the money. If you are not bitter about it then why mention it?

Thats really what its about at the end of the day in this business its all about the money.. if he did invest that kind of money likely thats the reason... I know if I had invested that much money I would be pissed to, but I wouldnt come here and lie about why I am mad, I would be up front with it...
Mother ****er took me for granted and burnt bridges along the way... why is that such a bad thing to say or be mad about?
But to say your mad cus he moved on, and downgrade other trainers, or say your mad cus he is now talking **** about you, come on man, there are other reasons to be mad at someone other than that.
