Nah, think I will just **** on Chavez. He is going to get obliterated he was coddled by his management and it is his own damn fault. He simply hasn't fought a guy with Martinez skill set not because he couldn't have by now but because his management hand picked fights for him. And he will pay for that in the Ring.

i am 37 and an alpine marathon runner
run 140 km each week and 50 uphill
besides a car accident in which i torn my acl never had a problem
although running is for the most part harder on the joints for people i agree
Sergio is very intelligent and he could indeed do it for protecting his knees and ensuring a long career

 

Wrecked their knees cycling? Not that I don't believe you mate, it's just that's what I hear a lot of is, " Get into cycling, it's easier on the knees and other joints than running..."

I run quit a bit but nowhere near the distances you cover. You're a beast! I've been trying new methods and techniques in my running to help alleviate the impact on my knees being that I too suffered an knee injury. I tore my midial miniscus in a dirt bike accident.

I don't use a brace or any of that Kinesio Tape, but I should try incorperating some of that. Thanks for the insight mate.
