Instead of challenging overgrown midgets, why won't Sergio Martinez look at 168lbs...

I have to agree, he needs to fight someone he's own size. Some people still discredit hopkins win over Hoya and trinidad because their smaller men.

So beating a shot cotto, shot margarito and the human punching bag clottey is p4p number 1 material.:patsch

And two of them 3 fights were at a catchweight so pac could drain his opponents.

El is a very biased Pacquiao fan in which he's in love with him. First off you knuckle head, If Martinez move down to 154 pounds vs Pacquiao, i guarantee he wouldn't blow up over 165 pounds on fight night. Lets face it Pacquiao would only face a bigger fighter of Margarito size that is a 1 dimensional, shot, over the hill fighter.

I havent seen todays bout (work) , but Pac vs Martinez would be war :D Whats was Sm's weight tonight?

Imagine if Pac said "yep lets do it" @ 156 :!: :ko

    Pac wins and retires ...

would he get credit for it? Age, weight drain, catchweight etc

if pac beats Martinez at 154, you'd be saying Pac beat another drained skeleton at a catchweight. But its not even the point, pac was too small for 147 yet he moved up to fght the big men. Martinez should do the same by moving up to 168 and stop challenging small welterweights or else he's a ***** like you

Pacquiao move upat 147 to face a shot worm De la hoya who hasn't fought at ww in over 8 years. Behonest with me Would Pacquiao move up at 147 pounds to face lets say a prime De la hoya????? If the answer is no then i rest my case.

Lmao, Oscar cherrypicked Pacquiao and have him move 2 weight classes up (and only 1 fight at LW against a journeyman, so basically almost 3 weight classes up) for big money, win or lose. Who'd refuse that offer? Marquez, Barrera, Morales would have done the exact same damn thing.

no one can touch sergio in the 154 lb and 160 lb range, yes we all know he is king there but look at the competition at those weight classes, pretty dry indeed. Felix Sturm? Chavez Jr. come on man. There is way more talent up at 168 not too mention more power, If you look at Ring magazines top 10 at 160 there isn't too many fighters with high KO ratios. I think he would do well against most guys at 168 except for ward/kessler/froch/dirrell-not saying he wouldn't win just it would be a great fight

Now no way floyd takes a fight with sergio, floyd goes down in weight not up, besides floyd is still kinda a welterweight still.

Apart from your hugely annoying advocation of catchweghts, I agree with the sentiment of this post. Martinez should be looking upwards, not downwards.
