He really shouldn't be fighting above 135. At 140 I think Khan would stop him and it would only be slightly more competetive than the Mayweather fight. I could be wrong cuz this is Marquez we're talking about and he is one tough ******* but I doubt it.

JMM HAD what it took to beat Pac, but what the hell is he thinking 147? Yea, we know, the whole world acknowledges his bravery, but his best fighting weight was 126-135 and there is no way Pac goes lower than 140. Personally I think 140 is pushing it. His loss to Floyd was a combination of fighting at his highest weight ever of 143-144 clearly not bringing the speed, power, and timing he had in the smaller weights and Floyd just too fast for him and bad style matchup for JMM. Had it been at 135, I'd still give the edge to Floyd because of his style, but it would of been much closer. Good read on the article.

I don't think MP will fight anymore below WW. That being said, the JMM/MP fight, if it ever happens, will be a mismatch.

Well in case you hadn’t realised Rhino, Manny has devastatingly evolved since the last time they fought. No longer is he that predictable one armed bandit who had poor balance and defence. He has now realized that his right hand is just as lethal as his left. His amazing footwork is complementing his improved head movement and defence, and he looks far more comfortable at the 140 zone.

Now this is a sharp contrast to Marquez. Who despite having 2 brilliant displays against Casamayor and Diaz, he appears to be slightly slower in the higher weights, and let these 2 guys more or less push him to the limits. Then his fight against Mayweather confirmed to us he has no business being above 135, and we can be pretty sure that a potential fight with Pac will be at 140.

With this in consideration, you can bet your house that Pac will have more success catching Marquez with his now unpredictable array of attacks. He’ll even find it easier to knock him down a couple of times. To put it simply, he’ll silence all the doubters, and beat Marquez far more convincingly than last time.

 Marquez started to get tagged b/c he changed his fighting style.... If you notice, his biggest knock was that he was not aggressive or as exciting as his counterparts Barrera/Morales/Pac. Marquez said himself.. his ****ing self that he changed his style to be more exciting and go for a knockout. Marquez at 126 (counter puncher, patient boxer) Marquez after chasing Pac(knock out artist). Pacbitches fail to realize this b/c you dont care. You dont care about any other fighter other than Pac. Marquez gets tagged b/c he is more aggressive now. That happens.. especially when you are not fast footed.

Ligthening quick.....lol Prove it.. If you call this lightning quick than you smoke bigger rocks than Roger Mayweather. Marquez never ever ****ing ever had great hand speed. Chris John was able to beat him to the punch.. Chris John has very good hand speed. But not great... Eat a tranny dick.

Marquez was completely out of his element in the Floyd fight. In order to make it a fight, he knew he had to take the initiative because Floyd sure as hell wouldn't.

He had two very good outings at lightweight but was just unable to solve the puzzle that is Floyd Mayweather's defense.

I still think Marquez has 3 good fights in him and would favor him over most of the top guys at 140 but not at 147.
