Goes to show that it's possible to do it without being a total ***** in the process.

I'd have to agree with him on the last part. Can you imagine them as debt collectors? 220lb+ tough Polish guy and tough Mexican guy.

"I've had trainers who kept telling me to jump on a scale every 20 minutes. The'yre all gone. I need my enchilladas, ice cream, good beer, and fried chicken to function normally."

What a fat joke, I'm glad Vitali made him cry like a *****. His lack of dedication to his diet and nutrition is shocking at this level.

No wonder this guy will never be any better than he is.

He's not willing to sacrifice his junk food for world class conditioning in order to be at his best.

I am not a fan of someone who lacks self control, especially when its a professional fighter whose career depents on self control.

I agree with the above post. His lack of dedication is almost shockly rediculous. What an outlook for a pro boxer, I mean, squalling baby.

Adamek by decision. And a wide one.

Regardless of what he said in the interview, I still think he will come into this fight at around 245 or so. In an interview with his trainer he said Arreola started camp at 260, as opposed to 290 for the Vitali fight, and camp started a month ago.

So him comming in at 245 is realistic, regardless of what he said in the interview.. maybe he is trying to be misleading?

Anyone who dislikes Arreola is a fool. He's a character Goddamnit, says whatever is on his mind, honest, down to earth, maybe delusional thinking he'll go far eating whatever the **** he wants, but at least he doesn't feel ashamed admitting he likes them ****ing tacos. Comes to fight, never uses excuses, and seems like genuinely good bloke with a good sense of humor and self irony. Much better than some fake ass personality with fake ass talk or a fake ass smile.

But what he might not see is him becoming the representative and icon of the typical American of the 21th century: fat, delusional but honest and brave.

Adamek reminds me of the cop in T2. A cold machine. Arreola will lose this if he comes in at a slobbish 265.

Indeed he does come across very well but he's supposed to be a proffesional athlete not just a fat tough guy , thats part of the reason an aging Vitali made it look so easy.

A good dude, a guy to hang out with even and he can bang but until he shows the dedication of a true pro he'll never get to the very top

    Adamek UD.

I like his respect for Adamek. I don't like his attitude towards conditioning.
