Just saw the weigh-in for his tune-up fight at 175 and he looked huge for a lightheavy. He was absolutley gutted of any waste weight, but made weight comfy. It's going to be very difficult for these lightheavy's to be able to reach his whiskers if he boxes like he did. plus, he's back with papa calzaghe. 175 has a new addition whether people beleive it or not. Enzo was done at cruier, but unless he pulls a chris byrd at 175 then i see him competing with the best at the weight.
I don't care that he got a quick trigger british style stoppage against a midget. That tells me nothing, but if he can go the rounds at 175 then he is a force at this weight.
Good post, and i agree completely. He always looked like a small cruiser, against Haye he looked tiny, and the size difference showed as soon as Haye found his chin.Interesting what Paul Smith says about Enzo's chin,he doesn't believe Enzo's chinny, and said that besides the Haye KO,enzo was only KO'd by sucker punches. Last night told us nothing, and the stoppage was premature. He comes across as a nice guy, lets hope he can do the business at 175. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqrTWZruStQ[/ame]
Bit of another british stoppage there. Enzo comes across as one of the nicest guys around in interviews I wish him all the best at 175, but I have my doubts.
