    i love that that documentary exists, i just wish it didn't twist history to make white fighters seem even worse than they were (for example it blames dempsey for langford not getting a title shot) and ignores any black fighter who did get a shot.

    Dempsey might not have showered himself in glory here, but one thing he cannot be blamed for, is Langford not getting a title shot.

    I was initially wary when it described Joe Gans as Panama Joe Gans , but it settled down after that.
