    Na standard enough exercise. I have done it in the past as part of a forearm split in the gym.

    what weight / (similar weight with what GGG works ?) and if its difficult ?

    Looks to be about 20-30 lbs. That's decent weight for any forearm work...you can tell GGG is focusing on his left hand as it is much more difficult for him to perform the exercise with his left than right. Difficult? Sure, all weight training should be difficult.
