No he won't because he will find a way out. He found a way out in the first negotiations. Yes, he used the drug testing demand as an out for the fight and killed 2 birds by pinning it on Floyd. Since then he's been on easy street because Floyd's been on vacation. But for good measure he's recently been setting up future opponents before the current ones are even defeated.
Floyd worrying about Pac's financial situation is like Pac worrying about Floyd's legal troubles and homoerotic relationship with Ellerbe. Just another reason for Floyd to duck Pac.
GBP is the co promoter. They have mayweather promotions which Ellerby runs. GBP get nothing out of Maywaethers purse.
This was quoted from the "THE SUN": Mayweathers win has led to the inevitable calls for another showdown with filipino manny pacquiao to decide boxing's P4P fighter next year. But Mayweather claimed his rival's team MUST IMPROVE THEIR OFFER TO HIM, adding: "HOW CAN PACQUIAO OFFER ME ANYTHING? I do the offering. "He has to get his business in order" end quote. Usual Mayweather contraditions:yep I'am firmly of the mind that Floyd picked Ortiz for the main reason that he'd get a belt so he know has parity with Pacquiao as a belt holder so & now he'll use his unbeaten record as a lever to demand the lions share & will be ****ed off by the Pacquiao camp which is exactly what Mayweather wants. Some are more equal than others will be the reasons for Floyds demands for a bigger cut of the pie. Greed is alive. They'd agreed 50/50 so were informed & now the testing demands have been met we have this new outburst by Mayweather in his attempt to avoid fighting Pacquiao. he'll only get the the ring with the mighty midgit if he see's a decline in Pacquiao during the JMM fight & thats a fight thats going to take plenty out of Pacquiao. But if pac annialates JMM then expect Mayweather to head for the hills untill 2013 & Pac's retirement. Mayweather ai'nt going to fight Pacquiao, if he thought he could beat him he would have done so by now.
The thing is they've said similar things all along while still not agreeing to take all the tests. Arum 'Yesterday I lied to you, today I'm telling the truth'
mayweather promotions does not have the capacity to stage a major fight that's why they are using GBP for promotions and other stuffs necessary to make a card. i don't even know if Mayweather promotions is licensed to handle a big fight like this alone. It's the same thing when you hear MP promotions and marquez promotions.
They get a share of the profits don't they? Probably a good majority of it since they do most of the promotion. It would be the same deal between them and Top Rank. Except with Manny it would be 50-50 instead the usual 90-10 type deals he gets against GBP fighters. Floyd's going to have to put his greed aside, which is highly unlikely.
Arum might be a part of the problem. But Floyd say weird stuff about Packman all the time, some of it almost sounds like paranoia. If someone say Floyd is hard to do business with, that fits in the pattern. Arum might be a devil, but at least he seems more or less rational.
Pac already agreed to the drug test demand of Floyd. There should be another roadblock. Arum getting in the way is good enough excuse. The *****s are already buying this reasoning.
Let then both get in the ring or stfu can't be bothered with hearing this bs of who making what and ho got to pay who
Due to conflicting statements from both sides, it's hard to know what was said all along. All I know, is that as of right now, Arum and Pac have clearly said they'd do the random tests. At least that's something we can hold them to, unlike Mayweather who went through the best part of last year remaining silent on the whole issue, claiming no negotiations took place.
And Pac only fights Arum fighters. They are both doing the same thing, only Arum is collecting a lot more money than Manny could if he was a free agent and acted on his own like Floyd is doing. All the BS aside, both fighters need to work together to make the fight for the good of the sport and put their egos aside.
