Interesting Mosley comments re: getting beat up in sparring

I haven't seen any...what's wrong with him?

 

Cocaine's a hell of a drug.

 

He's punchy like a lot of fighters. Its what happen's when you get punched in the head every day from the age of 8 till your in your mid 30's. Plus if you have one of these athletic builds you ain't built like Duran so the punches catch-up with you.

 

Shane just looks calm, I didn't read anything into that.

 

how is that fine? you have to remember that it wasn't until a week or two before the fight that berto pulled out. he should have been in fight shape when camp started for the Floyd fight.

 

To me Shane looked like he didn't want to do an interview bu still went along with it. He looked mroe disinterested to me than anything else. And the comments about sparring don't worry me because he said exactly what I read he said on an interview where he just explains that unless they have someone spying on their training camp that they're talking out of their asses (yes I add it some interpretation).

I don't like reading anything into these types of interviews but Shane's eyes did seem to wander all over the place when asked about the sparring.

 

i think he was sick of the pr crap and the repetitive questions. he did take a jab at pbf though.

 

Mosleys speach is a little blur it looks like the punches have started to take effect... but i wouldnt make too much of this interview he's not gonna deny the rumors cause it'll make mayweather more confident.. either way they still have to fight so we'll see tonight... besides mosley is a quiet guy he's not a trash talker like mayweather that's why the interview went the way it did...

Not trying to be a wise-ass, genuinely intrigued. What do you mean about athletics builds vs. Duran's? How was Duran's build different and as such more conducive to taking hits well than Mosley's?

As long as he is in peak fighting shape then he will be fine. I don't think Floyd can really hurt Shane and he doesn't have the height advantage that Forrest and Winky had to really dominate with the jab. Though I think his jab will bother Mosley I don't think it will be to that extent.

 

Has anybody even considered his sparring partners are blood relatives of his trainer Naazim so I guess whatever Shane says would be treading the gauntlet, he can't rip his sparring mates for sure.

 

Mosley looks so down. Like he just got dumped. It's either that or he is so fed up with mayweather's trash talking and he just wants to knock him out.

I hope mosley aint to fired up and forgets his game plan he has been working on.
