This is one of the reasons why I'm a Pac fan. He's always trying to learn and come out w/ something new every time he fights. He's not satisfied w/ just what he has now. He's constantly trying to improve himself.

To be honest, it is rather silly not to watch how your opponents fight.

However, the idea that manny hasn't or wouldn't see how his opponents fight is rather negated by the fact that we have seen Buboy watch stuff on his laptop and call Manny over to watch it.

I'm sure he's now more receptive to actually plonking his hyperactive ass down and watching it on tv though, going by what he's saying. But anyway, if Roach is watching the tapes and studying them, it's all good.

 

Floyd says he never watches tape on opponents, that he adapts in the ring! Does anyone beside me think thats a bad idea?

Fighters say it all the time, that they dont study fight tape......when in fact they're lying through there teeth.

Like Pacquiao, JMM himself has stated many times that he does'nt study tapes of his opponents, that he leaves that to Nacho......and tha whatever Nacho implements as the gameplan, he follows and tweaks it however he see's the need to tweak it during the fight.


So as Enzo has stated........If Pacquiao did'nt study his opponents on tape to the Marquez rematch, it seems they fought on even terms in that regard.......as if we take the word of these two fighting liars neither of them studied the fight film of eachother!nutnut







Its ridiculous to think that in this day in age, Pac and Marquez did'nt intently study the film of their first fight for example in preperation for their rematch.

I agree. I think they study the hell out of each other's tapes. They just say they don't so they could sound above their opponents.
