IF the ref actually does his job in this and prevents Haney from constantly holding and leaning on Loma… then it comes down to actual boxing skills, speed and footwork. Loma is better than haney in those categories. OR… also if the ref LETS then fight out of those clinches… Loma will rip shots inside and eventually hurt devin with an in tight hook then capitalize.
