That is shocking picture quality - even internet streams are better quality than that these days.

 

What a **** Adam from BN is. If this is indicative of the service at this struggling channel then it looks like they have almost given up. Uncle Bill won't put his hands in his pockets for ever.

With the lack of regular top quality boxing on that UK channel at peak UK hours, it is beyond belief that they don't have any customer service.

All should cancel their subscriptions immediately.

As long as they pay Fish, the service will be pish.

How come there are no such problems on the channels rented out to BT, Premier Sports and according to sugar88 - Playboy TV and Babenation etc.

Hi all

I had to cancel my boxnation just this Monday after being a loyal customer for well over 3 years I would of thought. Same issue as you guys.

Every time a live event is on and I'm watching on HD the screen flickers all the time. Kept thinking it may be just the feed for one event but Sunday on the Errol spence fight it was as bad as ever.

I had already rang boxnation and got nowhere a couple of weeks ago. So rang again. Every person Manning there phones seems to be an irate Scot. Who gets ****ty with you for making a complaint. Both time they tried passing the blame on to sky even though I've never had a problem with any of the other channels I've got BT etc. They even tried telling me to ring sky and say I've got an issue with a certain number of channels but don't mention boxnation lol.

I did ring sky but they just passed the blame on to Boxnation. Out of the two I believed Sky. I then rang back boxnation by this time I gave up on ever getting a solution or any kind of service from boxnation we will look into it etc. So I just cancelled my subscription.

Lady didn't even seem that bothered I was cancelling. Another uninterested member of stuff.

I've always been a fan of frank and going it alone and doing his own thing and always kept my subscription going to support the channel. Quite frankly I'm gutted I'm not going to be getting the channel and seeing the fights they have on. But theres no way I'm going to keep it and having each fight night spoiled by interference continuing. I kept looking on checkbook boxing to see if there was any other people complaining on there. But after a Google search I thought this thread.

Dissatisfied and disappointed really but I didn't think I had any other way round but to cancel. The interference of live shows had been going on for weeks. There was no way I was going to watch in non HD it looks terrible. Plus I'm sure from reviewing the fight live broadcasts I could just about see interference on there as well although not as visible because the quality is so poor on there anyway.
