Introducing Andre Dirrell's neurologist: Doctor Shaw Hi!

Personally I don't like to believe in anyone's so called character, especially those near the top of the sport. We only get the commercial side from most of these guys whether it's hero or villianous. I just look at what can be proved in every different situation. In some cases I put my own theory on what's going on but I don't act as if it is absolute.

In both cases time will tell, yet all we do here is stand firmly behind are flimsy ass speculations. If kessler just wanted to retire and used the eye injury we will never know. He didn't say anything for months after his fight just like dirrell. I understand doing that because you don't wanna give that psychological advantage to future opponents when the problem might clear up.

Dirrell's situation looks more fishy because of the problems getting the fight between him and ward. They didn't want to fight eachother either and that's understandable to me. Signing a contract to a tourney that garenteed you would be doing so is what was wrong in the first place if they felt that way. Still seeing that both seem to have very bright futures, I wouldn't be surprised if showtime was in on this with both guys to break them up for a later date. Alot of money down the line if that hollywood story line between Dirrell and Ward is marketed right and they both are undeniably at the top of the division.

 

I do think we have to be very carefull/more sympathetic when talking about head injuries in this sport. We all have our opinions on the situation, but lets hold fire a little bit. For people like me who have been watching boxing for years, it's a very touchy area.

 

Looks like Dirrell has lost allot of credibility and fans to go along with it. What a shame he was excellent in the first 8 rounds against AA and was taking the guy to school then he has to do this a **** everyone off.

 

We are questioning his honesty. Head injuries are serious but when you try take the fans for fools by being dishonest then we are going to show our anger.

I know, but it's a very sensative subject if you were brought up on this thing called boxing. I can see where people are coming from and i've questioned his honestly aswell. But when you've seen pigs like Don King ridicule G-Man McClellen you learn to wait and see before you jump to conclusions and start spouting off about it. That's all i'm saying. Lets just wait and see....

I dont neccesarily believe dirrells condiotion either i wont make a judgement, but for a known racist poster to say that you can believe kessler because of the fact that he is white and a veteran of the sport is absolutely ridiculous.:deal
