    I am a trainer at the west end gym in lowell...home of micky ward...been there 13 years...fought for 3 before I got hurt and started training...I have trained ryan gamache with emmanuel steward protege and former world champion, Joey Gamache...other than that just a bunch of amateurs in the golden gloves with some heart and some dreams:good

    amateur boxer, want to be involved in boxing until i am an old man, i take some sessions in my gym with kids under 15, show them the basics, work as a second every week
