and also because he has an Irish manager/promoter. I doubt anyone in spain cares who he is as well. Better for him to be knocking around these parts where people know him and he can get some decent fights.

actually looking forward to this fight. In reality it should be for the Irish title and not the European but if the winner is forced to fight Martinez theres not real problem.

Simone Maludrottu, Zsolt Bedak, Jason Booth, Jeremy Parodi should all be ahead of these 2....but like I said its a good fight to watch and if the winner has to fight Martinez its not a problem.

Simone Maludrottu already had his crack at this title when he faced Munroe last year. Jeremy Parodi just lost to Arsen Matiroysan, the guy Kiko beat a few months ago to regain the title. Bedak and Booth are both coming off loses. Paul Hyland and Willie Casey are just as deserving as any of these guys.

 

im not dissapointed with this at all, the winner of this fight will have to fight Kiko right after this fight anyways for what in reality will be his belt. This fight means that the worthiest challenger will get definetly to fight Kiko for the title
