    wayne mc cullagh stopped gatti in the Ams so thats one out of the way

    Actually, you could sub Jack Delaney in at LH for the Canadian side, and bump Langford up to Heavyweight. Delaney defeated McTigue (who, interestingly, held the Canadian middleweight title for a while) by TKO4 the one time they fought.

    i agree with that switch. good thread and we have a much better shot with langford up high

    The bigger "bull" would win here. Chuvalo beats up the tenacious Tom Sharkey probably in the same way he beat Doug Jones & Yvon Durelle.

    this one is tough. sharkey had a pretty big punch, much bigger than chuvalo's, but we've seen how little that means. if he shows the kind of tenacity and workrate from around the patterson fight, chuvalo takes it

    yes, i originally had delaney at lh but moved him since he'd already fought mctigue. was trying to get matchups that didn't happen.

    big difference between amateurs and the pros. ask henry tillman about fighting tyson as a pro, plus gatti was much bigger as a pro than mccullough.
