    say goodbye to america come back home train in belfast fight in belfast and dublin,take on a few decent level domestic mws,try and get a fight with macklin for the british title in ireland!imo thats what he should be looking to in the next twelve months.

    forget about improving his defence,it ain't gona happen it just makes him look robotic because he's concentrating so much on head movement his head movement becomes ****ing telegraphed his best form of defence is his jab and he should focus on this.

    Duddy isn't all that great. That was a really poor loss. I think he's better than that. I think he should take Peter Manfredo up on his offer if that fight is still going. It would be a chance to put him back up there quick.
