    I dont think you need a British passport. There is a bit of a grey area as far as I can tell. You have to be resident in UK for a certain period of time and for Irish fighters I think it is shorter than for other nationalities.

    Your right Andy is with Gamache he had two fights with "sugar" Hill last year they were the sipos fight and the fight in Germany he went back to Gamache for the frenchman!

    The contract he had with manny was a managers contract :deal

    Hense why I would not be surprised if Peters signed him

    Well on that note they do qualify as the first year or 2 when they turned pro, The Hylands were living in London been trained by Paul Cook (Nicky Cooks Father)
    So they were UK Residents and YOU DO need to be in possession of a British Passport.
    There is all the small print on the BBBoC website

    ya have to have a passport - thats why Takaloo couldnt get a British shot

    I know its not the case but PacMan looks like hes taking the ****. Kavanagh is mid punch and PacMan is just standing bolt upright with his guard up. He looks like hes standing still to take the mickey!

    is that the guy who lived in spain and is fluent in spanish?

    Still, its great experience sparring with the Pacman, he is unlikely to ever step into a ring with someone better.

    Ya now that i think of it he will probably do what Macklin is doing by signing Peters as his Manager and will probably stay stateside

    Yeah he seems happy in New York. Detroit is a kip (as seen in that charlie bird documentary!)
