Gerry was not a two-handed puncher ala Rocky Marciano. He had a great jab, a great left-hook, but not much of a right hand. Although he did stun Norton with a right and was able to maneuver Norton into the corner by landing his right cross. Against Holmes, Cooney landed a lot of rights but because that punch had no where near the impact of his left-hook Holmes was able to take them without much ill effect.
One of Frampton's Midland mural snaps is up on the Facebook page. Trying to edit them a bit cause it was dark when I got round there.
**** I was hoping for better odds than that! I was already planning on what to spend the money on LOL
Cooney is a top bloke no doubt I also remember him telling me that he was like a 6'4 Middleweight in the amateurs!
what site. Whilst I have differing choices than the Tigers Bay Terrier I do need to make back some of my losses on Sinclair before the missus realises the New York fund took a dent!
Its your head that will take a dent if you missus finds out! It was on Paddy Powers. It was the only open market I could find. If no other market opens then I'll have to bite the bullet and back it with them. I'd lose the rag if it came off and I hadn't done it
i backed the jackals tip with 50 nicker if it doesnt win i expect the jackal to cover my losses when he becomes world champ!:deal
JJ Joyce -v- McLaughlin Molloy -v- Ahern Moylette -v- Donnelly They would be the 3 I would be most concerned about. But if you take them out of the accumulator its only 4.3/1 A load of gash if you ask me! Theres being stingy and then theres being ridiculous. Still doesn't seem to be anywhere else you can get a bet on it so looks like it will have to be powers i do it with. I'm doing a McLaughlin,Donnelly, Molloy treble as well at 17/1. Probably a better value bet than picking the 11 fight accumulator
This content is protected Willie McLaughlin @ 5/4 John Joe Joyce v Willie McLaughlin Pending £10.00 David Oliver Joyce @ 1/2 Eric Donovan v David Oliver Joyce Pending Tyrone McCullough @ 1/2 Tyrone McCullough v James Fryers Pending Darren O'Neill @ 1/6 Darren O'Neill v Jason Quigley Pending Gary Molloy @ 13/8 Gary Molloy v Conor Ahern
Whats that Slappy? About 16/1? Not bad value at all. I was thinking about going big on Molloy at 13/8 after Carlos inside info but I thought better of it. I'll keep it small stakes with high possible returns.
