I spoke to lindsay in his dressing room after the fight. He confirmed that he had signed with maloney
And will defend his title in belfast at end of may or start of june. Brilliant performance and the 12 rounds
Is actually just what he needs. Arthur was so brave and his excellent training camp is what aided him
In going the distance. The lindsay fans created a brilliant atmosphere - it was like a home defence.

It was a very nice performance and he is improving every time I see him. I do worry a bit about his power. Arthur was game as **** but, despite the two knockdowns, Lindsay caught him flush with a lot of shots that if they were really power packed should have shut Arthur down. I think he should look to improve his power even more. That would be my focus if I worked with him because his skill set is starting to look very polished!

Have to have something decent on the line for the two to meet.......

2 unbeaten fighters on the verge of European title shots......It would have to be for a big prize and purse......

Hopefully Maloney can keep him busy, Awful waste of talent if he is left inactive again.....

Fra, there's also a show in the Holiday Inn, Belfast on the 9th of May. Most of the fighters will be from the Alio stable. Alio always puts on terrific shows.

Is it hard to get to the Ulster hall. If I get my hands on a ticket I will head up from Dublin never been to Belfast so wouldn't know were I am going if I got there. I wonder if there would be any buses going up to the fight from Dublin as when Dunnes on in the o2 there was a number of buses from the north down for it.

It is right in the centre of Belfast. Just off the city hall and two blocks from the Belfast Victoria Street Train Station

Cheers for that so the train up could be a option.
