that guy actually sent me an email last night!

I would love to get him over he would be a real test for prunty and a chance for prunty to showcase his new abilities!

Yeah its a big step up I think the odds makers will make a mistake and expect prunty to get beaten!:deal

and prunty will end up steam rolling his man in the first round as usual!

Jamie had a bit of a shoulder problem over Xmas but returned in Dublin on Feb 13 with a win over Itsko Veselinov. The bout was increased to an eight-rounder, presumably with the idea of pushing him quickly into title fights as the flyweight division is a little threadbare domestically.

Not heard anything since but I'm assuming that Conlan (below) is working away in the gym waiting for something to arise.

If anyone has a moment to spare head over to irish-boxing.

Stephen Haughian discusses inactivity, Willie Thompson, Chris O'Brien and his American adventure (if it happens!)

It came across as an amazing atmosphere, with the flags and the chanting and the bad singing :hey id say it was a "i was there when night"
Lindsay in belfast with our own Carlos on the undercard Conlon of course and maybe a comeback fight for either Rogan or Sinclair would be a night not to be missed.

Good call puca! Get Lindsay back home to defend his title with a good undercard of belfast prospects and you could stick it in the kings hall instead of the ulster hall
