haha, yep start quoting part of michael collins as if you know irish history.i live in scotland and always find it hilarious when the scottish try to use braveheart as historical evidence.

here now be nice,we're all human and irish,we're allowed to put some letters the wrong way round.

cheeky bugger, you had it with a 'g' tiocfaigh,i told you to change it to tiocfaidh and i spelt it tiocfiadh by accident, bloody americans, never pleased whatever you do lol

Oh now you got a problem with Americans. Just kidding, this thread is a safe haven for that bs rivalry that has taken over on the general board. After a busy month of irish boxing over here, I guess this is the calm after the storm.

yep it definatly seems that way,i was worried today though, thought we were even going to get into a bitching session in here, there's enough of that **** already out there.**** what is the need for 100+ threads for one fight. we have one for the whole of irish boxing :D .

definatly the calm and here's hoping it's before the storm.we're awaiting what macklin, dunne, duddy, lee, mccloskey, murray are all going to do next. and here's hoping that they are big competitive fights and for **** sake brian peters, you've brought fights to dublin, belfast, limerick, letterkenny, castlebar ... when the **** are we going to get a show in derry?

After all the irish fights i have to say it has really caused a road block for Irish fighters. Duddy with a horrible performance, Lee stopped, and i have to admit i saw nothing special from macklin. James Moore seems to have had the best win. He is really going under the radar, but i am not sure if he is world class. I still have the most faith in Duddy and I'm hoping his next fight is in new England.

I dont consider that Eddie was a stepping stone for O'Hara, as Eddies da made the fight. I was hopeing for a Eddie Hyland/Paul Griffin win. Patrick Hyland looked devastating, but we dont know how much Griffin had left.Goldenboy, I think the Eddie Hyland/ O'Hara result could have went either way, a rematch would be in order, as i heard the Belfast boys were not happy with the scoring. But Im sure you will agree, when I say that , this promotion equaled anything that Peters has put together lately.
