Funnily enough I was at training tonight and when I got to the skipping I was just thinking how hard it is to keep motivated in this summer weather and I felt a bit lathargic and bored. Just the motivation I need now!

I actually wasnt being a total smart arse (well maybe a wee bit) until he started having a go. All I was saying is that Wales, England and Scotland are three separate teams in the AIBA's eyes.
