Jesus christ I'm in a heap. Haven't seen the magnificent 7 bill but I will watch it when i get home.

Told half of Germany to beware the Jackal. Got the boozer near my hotel to stick on setanta and I promised them all maximum banjo. Then Carlos goes and clatters the head off yer man in no time. I think I can get him on the next Sauerland bill I've hyped him up that much here!

Unfortunately I went overboard on the celebrations and I reckon I'll not make it out of the hotel for most of the rest of the day. It was worth it though! MAXIMUM BANJO! :bbb

I reckon Carl would beat the head off either of the 2 boys. He really is a cut above. He's on the fast track. I'll be interested to see who his next challenge is.

    Well done chief!

just looked at paulie,s record was at his 7th fight in england he fought snarski 16-21-1 and a lightweight, paulie weighed the day before 8st 12lb and snarski 9st 8lb they were both schedualed to fight different apponents paulies apponent pulled out, they weighed paulie in the day of the fight 9st 4lb and threw him in with snarski who was 10st 2lbs on the day paulie beat him a realy tough fight i was there with granda hyland. snarski went on to fight paul mcclusky in pauls 13th fight so everything in perspective imo

Perspective or a big load of waffle? Paul Hyland hasn't fought anyone near Vornins class, end of story.

Frampton is on the fast track because he's an absolute quality boxer. Top of the range. A1 Sharon. He doesn't need to go slowly because he has the skills to pay the bills and theres no point holding back.

Hyland on the other hand is being held back for a reason. I mean, **** sake, Wille Casey has nipped in and jumped ahead of Hyland for an EBU shot. Make all the excuses you want but there is no way that should have happend if Hyland really does believe in his ownn hype

Hyland should fight Frampton next :deal Now thats a fight I'd like to see

Fair play to Carl for the win but Voronin is 37-38 and faught most of his career at featherweight or higher,

And its all well and good for people to be saying Hyland should fight Casey, Hyland should fight Frampton, Hyland should fight Kiko,

What promoter wants to put it on??

And why is Hyland been held back???? Nothing to do with not been able to get top class fighters over to fight him,

If Barry McGuigan didnt have big sponsors and so on, what sort of an opponent would he of got for Carl then??? I really think Paulie and the other 2 Hyland have done good in their careers thus far, with the very little or no support from anyone,

Name 1 boxer, let alone 3 that have got ranked in Europe on their own without the help of any promoters or massive sponsors.....

This past 2-4 weeks has all been a bash Paulie Hyland time, Paulie doesnt pick his opponents, he just fights whats put in front of him.

Theres a reason some fighters attract sponsors and some don't. If you're good enough you'll get the sponsors.

I haven't been on here in the last couple of weeks because I'm away. Only reason I'm on today is because I'm crippled from drinking last night. So I've no idea about bash Paulie Hyland time. All I can tell you is that if Frampton gets anywhere near him it definitely will be bash Paulie Hyland time.

I'd say McGuigan might be greatly interested in putting on Frampton v Hyland. Handy little scalp for Carlos to pick up early in his career

Here fella's take it easy. We have got 3 Super Bantamweights - and Garcia.
I for one am happy to cheer them all on. I think we know who is likely to go the furthest but no need for Glory hunting. Get behind them all theres no problem with that is there!
When/If they come accross each other then get behind your local man but for the rest of their career try get behind them. They're all doing their best. Pro boxing is tough sport and not just the ring side of it.

Away for the past couple of weeks, Can you mention one time that you actually said a good word about any of the Hylands,

Before the whirlwind of Casey and Frampton, you were all Bernard Dunne and how he was God.......

In all fairness what chance have the Hylands got if all they get is people putting them down, but i suppose everyone but them in ireland have all faught world class fighters.

McCloskey was also named by ring as one of the most protected fighters around that time

If Paulie feels he has the skills to pay the bills why not get Daddy Hyland to call McGuigan and throw Paulie in with Frampton?

Its an irish title fight get it on

I've been critical of paulie for a long time I feel he boxes to the level of his competion
I know he has the skills to kick it up a few gears but whats the use of having them there when you arent using them?

Paulie is down to fight in Limerick in a 10 rounder, and will probably have the winner of Kiko/Casey after that, so is there much point in anyone putting on Hyland vs Frampton,
Like what PaddyMickey said we have 3 good SuperBantam Weights in the country and the cuban too, So lets support them all and when their paths cross, then we have all this discussion.

How come none of yous here are saying put Frampton, Casey, Hyland in with the cuban?????

Bernard Dunne is my favourite fighter of all time. I make no bones about it. I hug the nuts because he was ****ing fantastic. Not because I'm vaguely related to him or something. Sorry if I don't get the horn when he beats Eugene Heagney.

I'm actually a fan of Patricks and I wish he'd push on. Paulie, on the other hand, I find to be obnoxious and arrogant beyond the level that his talent warrants. Now in fairness I haven't run into him in a long time so maybe he's chilled out a bit. I guess first impression really do last though

When they Hylands do positive things I say positive things. If they give me things to shout about then I'll shout about them.

Don't give me that 'what chance have the got if all they have is people putting them down nonsense'. What gets written on an internet forum has nothing to do with how they perform in the ring. They have every chance regardless of what anyone writes on here. Its up to them what they do.

Also yeah Paddy just said it to me that Frampton beats the Cuban
