    man i walked a mile nd a half in under that time today:lol::lol: im doing the run in 8 mins like im sure i be fine.
    they might think im a nutjob up there do im wearinging the frampton hoodie everlast shorts and a everlast tshirt :lol::lol:

    I will have to check Fitzy and Longs scores again as I am sure that is a mistake.

    Covney beat Ward after the ratings were compiled hence the reason he is ahead of the Covney - I am sure that will be reversed when the rankings are revised at Christmas.
