Tubridy is an insufferable smug ***** but I'll tolerate him to watch Katie. She is a true national hero.

did you get it in time? She seems a very shy girl, not comfortable in front of the camera at all.

Caught a bit of it. Yeah, she is definitely shy. Seems she really isn't interested in the fame and celebrity side of what she does. A lovely girl by all accounts. I met her a while back and she was very down to earth and gave me a bit of time despite having people ushering her away.

nah... i dont think sweeney could beat bellew... but on that performance hes a mile behind cleverly... bellew is a fighter in love with his own power... but he lacks speed and a plan B.... hes going no where if he cant readjust:good

I know Bellews peformance may have been a one off but if Sweeney had been in there with him tomnight I think he could have beat him. Bellew just loads up that right hand all night and has a very leaky defence. Commentators said he won 3 ABAs but its hard to believe on that peformance

Youre telling me Sweeney is on a different level to the peformance Bellew put in tonight? Im not for a second mentioning Cleverley but loojk at the trouble Bellew had with a very limited guy. Didnt know what o do after 3 rounds when the oher lad was still standing. Im reading them threads on the brit forum, Bellews getting a free pass just because he posts here :patsch

Same goes for the the commonwealths, great achievment and i wish i was good enough to win a medal in either ABAS or the commonwealth but them comps are levels behind the top tournaments like the Europeans, EUs, Worlds and of course the olympics.

The commonwealth games obviously isn't as tough as the world, Olympics or Europeans etc but I wouldn't compare them to the ABAS. The top boys usually don't enter the ABAS which is wrong in my opinion but they get away with it and get picked for international competitions. the commonwealth games are getting harder to win each time they come around. the African countries are always improving as are countries like Australia. India have a world class team BTW. no joke

i would imagine the commonwealths arent too far behind the europeans the only differance bein there is no power house of amatuer boxing attending apart from the mighty n.ireland of course
