The minute I read this it brought back stories my old man told of Ali Fighting in Croke Park

Yeah was a bit of a shame alright the old man said there was about 25000-30000 people there for it.

I took the the tour of croker in september im a divil ive been there countless times but never took the tour.

The tour guide was telling me that they call the tunnel between the canal and the cusack stand the "Muhammad Ali" Tunnel.

Yeah i know what you mean I was 5 years old when Michael Carruth and Wayne McCullough took home the medals thats my first memories of watching boxing.

I have no doubt our boys heading over to china will do us proud!

 

well as were swapping stories about first experiences of boxing...mine was collins v Eubank....christ..that was some night...the celtic warrior did us proud that night
