I watched the fight with the English commentators. Now, I'm not taking anything away from a fantastic performance from Froch but they were so incredibly biased. It was a shutout, yes, but there is no need to say Abraham's head is being snapped back when Froch lands a shot on his gloves. He landed one bodyshot and they were saying Abraham was ready to go. It was actually ridiculous.

No, I always have the TV on mute when Pro Box Live is on. I would advise others to follow suit.

    Max Banjo,

You should just use the word dislike.
Isn't inbred a little close to home.
    Marty has feelings too.
The last time I saw someone playing banjo, it was that inbred kid in the
    film 'Deliverance'

No you didn't. You came on here and listed off a few American boxers who lost some fights. It wasn't to engage in discussion about Irish Boxing which is what this thread is for. It was a list of 'this punch ended Quarry' and 'that punch ended Neary'. There was no attempt at discussing anything. It was a list of vaguely Irish related fighters and why they lost and nothing more.

Then you stated there is no such thing as Irish boxing. So you came here to tell us Irish boxing doesn't exist and you expect to be welcomed and taken seriously?

So, no, you're clearly not here to discuss Irish boxing past or present. If you were genuinely here to discuss aspects of Irish boxing then you'd have been welcomed like every other person who has ever come on this thread. You're not here to discuss anything in any meaningful way and I'm not sure you'd be capable of it even if you were. Your 'discussion' is limited to 'this Irish-American got knocked out', 'that Irish-American boxer got knocked out', 'Barry McGuigan lost to Steve Cruz'. If we want to look up historical boxing results there are plenty of places we can do it. We certainly don't need you clogging up this thread with your stupid comments on fights that happend 40 years ago and how Irish boxing doesn't exist.

For the record haven't used a slur. I just pointed out, when you made a completely factually untrue statement, that Italy and it's population have a disgusting and shameful Fascist history. That's a fact not a slur.

I have to say you crying over slurs (that never happend) is quite rich. This is from the man calling people Mick this and Cabbage that? I suppose all your racially derogatory terms are okay, though, for some reason I'm sure you'll explain. I wouldn't lower myself to using racial slurs which is far more than can be said about you.
